Your CDRA Safety & Risk Management Committee has designed a series of questions to capture information on fire data and trends, which members will ultimately be able to apply to their own situations. We are trying to build a general picture of what is happening in the field. For instance, have lithium batteries or other materials negatively affected your company’s operations in recent years? The committee is interested in learning more, and helping fellow members as a result of these findings.

Acting Governor Tahesha Way signed into law A-4797/S-3255, which concerns the percentage of reclaimed asphalt pavement and recycled materials that can be used for certain road projects. P.L. 2023, c.160 takes effect in March 2024.
