Nexwaste has acquired Austin, TX area waste businesses Recon, Rockin Disposal and Mobile Magic, signaling a move to expand the company's reach in Texas.

Nexwaste will keep most of the personnel at all the companies as part of its belief in continuity. As part of this acquisition, executives at Nexwaste will work with the companies’ staff to provide expertise to help improve profitability. This is germane to Nexwaste’s growth plan, to both grow organically but also by acquisition, especially in the Texas triangle of Dallas, San Antonio and Houston.
