C&D World Attracts Largest Turnout Since Pre-Pandemic

Chicago, Illinois (March 30, 2022) – The Construction & Demolition Recycling Association's (CDRA) Annual Meeting, C&D World, has always been the gathering place of the C&D industry, and the 2022 event was no different. Held March 13-15 in Atlanta, C&D World 2022 boasted the largest turnout since the pre-pandemic era as attendees showed up to see the latest services and equipment in the exhibit hall, network with their peers from across North America, and hear insights on:

  • Environmental Justice/Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Transporting Waste
  • Employee Retention and Risk Management
  • Operations
  • End Markets

The consensus on-site was that it was refreshing to collaborate in person again while catching up on the latest industry trends. C&D World delivered that, according to early reports.

Next year the CDRA co-locates C&D World with the ConExpo-Con/Agg show in Las Vegas on March 15. This gives attendees a chance to take advantage of networking and educational opportunities, while also partaking in all ConExpo-Con/Agg has to offer.

The Construction & Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA) promotes and defends the environmentally sound recycling of the more than 600 million tons of recoverable construction and demolition (C&D) materials that are generated in the United States annually. These materials include aggregates such as concrete, asphalt, asphalt shingles, gypsum wallboard, wood, and metals. For more information about the CDRA, visit www.cdrecycling.org.
